I’m only reading this now Marisa, thanks for your extensive response! I still have quite a stock of honey at the moment as I just bought new and don’t really use it for anything else normally… So my first plan now is to make another oxymel – I made one with garlic previously which works very well in salads – so am now thinking of another herb to try this with… But whenever I’ll experiment with something else than honey I’ll keep you updated 😉
