Great to see you here! Wonderful that you already know about Permaculture and use the principles in your garden and lifestyle. The wild garlic woodland sounds lovely. I tried some amazing three-stage pickled wild garlic seeds today and am going to put the recipe on here as soon as I can. Maybe worth a try when you are sure of how to identify them. The seeds are salted for a week, then apple cider vinegar is added then after about a week, that is all drained off and the seeds are set in oil – Delicious!!
