Hello All, Happy New Year!
Whilst reading Yuletide unit and coming across with the idea of starting to think about preparing our Herbal Medicine Cabinet, I realised that I have no idea what I need and what can be ‘cured’ using herbs.
I always make a ginger tea (ginger, lemon, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, cinnamon and fake honey or maple syrup) when I have a cold and had good results with the Horehound infused in vodka that we prepared (almost 1 year ago in 1 of our workshops) but I am pretty much running out of ideas considering everything else.
Despite common flue and colds and other respiratory tract problems, I have trouble sleeping, anxiety and stress disorder. Do you have any suggestions for me?
Which illnesses do you usually treat or prevent using herbs or you would like to see covered?
I thought it would be interesting and useful, if anybody else is interested, to brainstorm ideas to build our Herbal Medicine Cabinet at home.
In the meantime, I found this class. Maybe it will be inspirational for some of you.
