I never thought of the birds idea – and I just read that swifts and sparrows are protected in my neighbourhood, so however would use it would be very welcome!
I tried rehousing a ladybird this last week from the end of my long street, but I was being given a lift myself on the back of a bike and only one of us made it back to my house! Will attempt more local relocations…
