Light harvesting
I usually have some fermented cabbage in the morning and then 2-5 veggies/fruit during the day. We are a family of three so I’m not sure I could forage for us all, maybe some herbs. I could try to grow what I need though. I would need to go to a park to forage as around me I have not seen area that feel “clean”
