Marshmallow powder is quite difficult to find these days. I get mine from France – just run out so will let you know when have some in stock again. It is good stuff to keep in stock, if you can find a reliable source. Some people buy it from online supplier – eg via Etsy. You have to watch out for contamination. Ginger – Yum! (if you like it 🙂 You may prefer Ginger Electuary – sloppy in the jar, and sweeter.
