I loved to read about this system in words. It resonates with me and describes to great extent how I am raised to look at issues. But I never really thought about it that conscious that this is a system.
Looking at it like that enabled me to critically reflect on how I act in normal everyday life. I think I am applying this when a problem occurs and I think I act in the way I want to act in those cases.
However, in normal everyday life always when something small occurs I just accept. Which is a kind of power, but also not.
I would rather implement some more nourishment in a structural way. To prevent health issues from coming up, but also as a form of selfcare and selflove as a goal in itself.
When reading through the module on step 3 it occured to me that I could grow in this sense. There were so many small things that I wanted to integrate in my routine. Which worked, partly, and for a while. But I found it hard to stick to it when my daily routine changes (which happens often with a small kid). So, it is a work in process, and I think trying is also an act of love 🙂 At least I give myself and my needs some more attention
