Now I also tried the lozenges. I do not know where to get marshmallow root powder in Amsterdam, but I had pieces. So I tried to make it into a powder with my kitchen machine and make it. The result is not that great, so I would not recommend it in case you had the same idea.
I also made the ginger pills. It was not clear to me how long after making them they had to ‘dry’, so I left them a night in the fridge. This worked, they are a bit too purely ginger for my taste though haha.
