I made a vinegar infusion of Magnolia once. I loved the looks of the flower leaves in there when it was still in the process. However, I do not use that much vinegar, so after quite a long time it got moldy and I had to throw it.
It sounds nice to try an infusion with wild garlic, as I love the taste and in that case I would have a use for it in a dressing I might use more often.
I am also interested in using it in my hair. But will I not smell like apple cider vinegar in that case?
