I like to have most herbs that I have dried in my house around the kitchen, as this is where I use most of them. However, there is not the best place in terms of storage. As I have now harvested and dried some from my garden I think I will store these in a closed closet upstairs and keep them as fresh as possible. It just means a little more walks when I need them.
I do use a lot of glass jars as well. I tend to buy nice ones at second hand stores and re-use nice ones that contained bought food. So no lack of containers 🙂
