To sell herbal products for intake you have to do it according to the Warenwetbesluit Kruidenpreparaten.
This means that it is not allowed to use an amount of herbs that can do harm, use plats that are on this list , the product cannot contain ingredients that are medicine according to the Geneesmiddelenwet, and you cannot make medical claims on the packaging. Most important additional information on the packaging must be all the ingredients, how to use the product, and to keep it out of reach for children.
