So I have most equipment, in a quit improvised way which is fine. But it also leaves some space for improvement. I only have a very small plastic funnel and I don’t like the plastic and the size, so I am keeping my eyes open for a nice one.
Also, I do not have a nice au bain marie set. It does not have to be a real set but at the moment the things I use to put it together just do not fit totally right, so another thing to watch out for 🙂
But, as this are mainly improvements, I won’t be stopped by not having exactly the right gear
