Sounds good Bennett, Growing your own is also such a great way to get a closer connection to where the food is coming from. When I eat something that I have grown, or foraged, I rarely waste any of it – it seems so precious – and tasty (usually ;). I don’t like to think that I waste the shop bought veg but yes, it certainly happens!
