I’m Paul and I’m Kalliope’s partner (see previous post).
My foraging experience is very limited. I find this very careful and respectful approach to foraging very interesting and needed.
I live very close to the Flevopark and I go for very regular walks there. I would love to be able to know many more of the plants and maybe forage some as well. Is it known whether this is safe to forage in the Flevopark? I read something about the sludge in the water next to the Flevopark containing lead, but other than that I found it challenging to find information on the contamination. I went foraging with Kali already at Park de Meer and there is a great wealth of Nettles and Blackberries there. I loved the experience. Although next time I would probably be more mindful when harvesting. I remember getting a bit greedy with the nettle seeds.
