Hi everyone! I’m Kalliope, and I live in Amsterdam Oost very close to the Flevopark. As mentioned above foraging is not legal in the Netherlands but a small quantity of foraged foods (e.g. blackberries) is tolerated when harvested respectfully and used for self consumption. I only recently moved (back) to Amsterdam & don’t know my area so well yet, but my parents in-law live very close to some large green areas and a football club where there are lots of herbs, fruit and berries and a even a public food-forest where foraging is permitted (in Parks Meer, watergraafsmeer).
