I am a vegetarian and unfortunately I don’t have a scale available, but I assume it would be quite some amount. I would love to be able to forage my vegetable intake locally but living in Amsterdam that would be impossible and I would also wouldn’t feel comfortable doing because of the impact it would have on the local environment. I do think it would be interesting although to forage in very small amounts to stay connect with the nature.
