My local urban area (Amsterdam West) unfortunately does not provide as many fresh vegetables as I’d consume in a day (approx. 500gr). However, knowing a friend of mine who lives in a farm 30min car drive from Amsterdam, her and her family have a big garden with fresh produce. That is mostly sufficient for their daily use of vegetables, which is what I aspire to have one day.
