I forgot to add – coriander and parsley – for these you might like to simply buy an organic pot of each plant from the veggie section of a local store (each pot contains dozens of little plants usually) and split them into several plants (maybe 4 or 6 from each pot) and then plant these in different places (different pots) on the boat. Then grow them on and collect any seeds to make new plants.
Also to save on pots, can you have bigger pots in the boat? Each containing several plants?
