I made wild garlic vinegar at UH workshop before. It didn’t have any mold and went well. After straining the herbs, I made french dressing with the vinegar. It was yummy with mild scent of garlic. The recipe was gotten by apprenticeship friend. I will make rosemary vinegar next time.
