My chosen plant is Alchemilla mollis (Lady’s mantle, vrouwenmantel). I first learned about it when I moved to The Netherlands and find it to be one of those rare plants that is both beautiful and medicinally useful (at least historically). Its scalloped-shape leaves is especially lovely as its hold onto dewdrops after a nice rain. I’m excited to learn more about it given that I’m now growing it in my backyard and can witness its transformation over the course of a year!
