For the Crafting equipment, I seem to already have all of the essential items. I tend to add luxury items to my kitchen only after I have been doing something for a while and having the luxury item would simplify the task or save me time. For example, I have started fermenting vegetables and am using a giant glass mason jar with clip lids but am considering investing in specialized fermentation lids since my jars will sometimes leak and I have to remember to burp them daily.
