When I feel tired mentally, I go out and walk in a park alone on my pace…feeling breeze, hearing birds chirping and touching leaves gently. Meanwhile, when I feel tired physically especially in daytime, I just sit on the sofa with calm music (usually instrumental, piano or guitar).
These activities are ‘doing nothing positively’ for me.
They heals me very well and I can work after a while.
However, if I grab a phone and check IG or FB while I’m doing above, I get more tired and need more rest.
I think it shows we need to take a rest both body and brain for our healthy life!
