1. Yes, I make a lot of different herbal teas for different ailments. I most often use: chamomile, rose, hibiscus, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, yarrow, mugwort, valerian, hops, lavender, ashwaganda, ginseng, curcuma, amla, and more.
2. The ones I mentioned above are available. I am wondering if there are good herbal stores in Amsterdam? I haven’t found a good one yet.
3. The Doctrine of Signatures was the incorrect theory that plants resembled the part of the body that they aided. Unfortunately, I have seen a lot of people promoting this theory online.
