Hi Lynn,
Thanks for yet another important lesson on safety.
1. I did not have activated charcoal before, but I got some at Holland&Barret.
2. Contact 112 immediately. Follow their advice and stay calm. If possible, save some of the plant for inspection by others. Before foraging, inform someone about your plans, in case of emergency this might be useful.
