Hi there! I eat vegan, so I’m fond of the plants, too 🙂 Fun, imagining what a full day of foraged meals might look like. I would need to forage quite a bit… so not exactly light! I’d still need bread, oats, and pasta – foraging and preparing those from scratch seems tricky to me. Is it? Are there alternatives that could be foraged? Lynn, I remember you had mentioned foraged breakfast pancakes, yum!
