I am so sorry as now seeing this for some reason!
What a great idea to have a field trip to Maastricht some time. It is such a great place and I have certainly foraged there. Was there early summer this year and one of the most heavenly places here that I have seen was the area where the musician lives, Andre Rieu.. I dream of living somewhere like that, not his house of course, but the area! Lots of beautiful plants and it feels clean. The hills help that also. The city parks are also lovely and plenty of varied growing spaces and interesting plants. I shall let you know when we next go there, maybe can meet and take a herb walk somewhere.
