My estimate for daily fruit & veg is 400-500+ grams a day. I also feel that it would be unethical to forage that amount from an urban setting. I am fortunate to have a garden large enough to light harvest at home. Only the lightest harvesting works in my garden. If I took enough to sustain me, my garden would soon be no more. I don’t forage to sustain my caloric needs. I currently forage to sustain my wellbeing.
