For me that would be a lot! I am vegan and I try to limit my intake of processed foods. I find it hard to estimate, it also varies per season but during the warmer months I eat at least one big fresh salad per day and another warm meal prepared from fresh ingredients.
So I think sourcing everything by foraging would just be too much. Also, I am really glad to source my veggies weekly from a local CSA where they add an occasional ‘weed’ that grew between the crops that they planted.
