Hi Gea, Your homeland certainly has a rich history of foraging and indeed 1kg is already a lot! Have you seen the Italian documentary called The Truffle Hunters (in English)? I watched it recently and loved it – certainly sad evidence of greed in the film but also such wonderful connection to nature from other characters.
