Hey Terri,
Indeed, difficult to be able to forage that amount of plant material here in Amsterdam but I reckon you could accumulate loads of nettle, blackberry leaf and wild garlic at this time of year, to help you to have plenty of foraged food on your plate all through the year. Good luck with it!
