I would also like to choose dandelion, like Louise. I find the plant transformation fascinating, from ordinary to magical, and how resilient and intelligent is to send the seeds all over the place! you can find her everywhere, even in the pavement in front of my house.
I also like the medicinal properties (liver detox) and that you can use every single part of the plant through out the year.
It has a very interesting name that I would like to investigate too.
