I am Yuki. I’m living in Amsterdam as an expat, originally from Japan (Osaka).
I find a lot of herbs here, in the park, on the pavement, by the window of someone’s house and so on.
I sometimes gently touch them and enjoy their scent.
Through the lesson and joining the herb walk, I leaned foraging was illegal here.
But I believe it is tolerated…is my understand correct?
I’m looking forward to learning lots of herbs around me and enjoy their scent and taste with ACLES.
By the way, foraging is illegal in Japan as well. I just found it!
