Hi, so commenting on the equipment I might need, it’s really useful to have a list, as often what stops me is the idea that I don’t have the equipment I need and it can feel overwhelming thinking about the bits and pieces. When looking at the list, I have a majority of it around the house, that I just need to dig out. I will start to collect my glass jars and paper bags again when I shop as now a lot go to the recycling. The only things I don’t have is the funnel and integral sieve and herb dry rack. We used to have a bread maker that we used daily but since having kids I cannot make bread fast enough so it’s easier to buy the volume needed!!
